Senior Legal Counsel £125k base + bonus

Job Description

S&H have been instructed by a leading retail business on an exciting new Senior Legal Counsel hire. The role will focus on commercial, partnership and a some wider work including corporate. The position acts as number two to an accomplished General Counsel.


Key responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including:
  • B2B and B2C agreements particularly marketing. Procurement, partnerships and others.
  • Broad advisory work such as contentious matters.


Experience requirements

  • 4+ years' PQE (this is a guide only)
  • Commercial experience gained either on secondment or in-house.
  • Enjoys fast paced and broad role.
