The RoleJoin Addepar's Legal & Risk team as Senior Legal Counsel and play a crucial role in the growth and expansion of our business. What You’ll DoNegotiate client contracts, vendor agreements, and other commercial arrangements supporting millions of dollars/pounds of total revenue.Contribute to a global employment law practice in coordination with HR professionals and outside counsel.Support the growth and scale of Addepar’s global expansion.Develop expertise and build repeatable processes to deliver expert advice in the areas of greatest need for our global business.Stay informed on regulatory developments and partner with business leaders to implement strategic solutions. Who You AreProven experience in a UK- or European-based senior legal role, preferably with a region-wide remit.Outstanding negotiation and contract management abilities.Strong understanding of UK employment law and regulatory requirements.Ambitious and collaborative, with a dedication to delivering world-class legal solutions.
