Senior Legal Counsel M&A

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&A legal professional to join a exciting internationally operating organisation.

The primary focus of this role is transactional, providing broad exposure as the company continues to invest and grow. Given the structure of the legal team, there will also be opportunities to work across a wider range of legal matters. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating within a private equity environment or have been involved in a sale to a private equity–backed business.

Your profile:

• England & Wales Qualified Lawyer
• 4-7 years PQE
• Strong background in top-tier legal practice
• PE experience is essential
