About the Role

New fixed-term contract opportunity to work as part of the Global Solutions Team of a leading Investment Manager to contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

To provide support with the day-to-day legal queries which arise within the UK business. Assisting with the drafting and negotiating of onboarding documentation, transition agreements, third-party fund provider agreements, life policies and a wide range of commercial agreements related to the UK global solutions business. Overseeing the negotiation of NDAs, DPAs, linking agreements and trademark agreements. Review new laws and regulations and assess the impact on the business. Advise on the legal and regulatory environment and keep up to date with changes. Working with other departments within the wider global legal team. Liaise with external counsel as needed.

Experience and Knowledge Required
