My client a leading Global Listed B2B Business is now looking to hire an 8+PQE Commercial Lawyer with procurement experience to join its legal team in London.

Reporting into the GC & Co Sec and working in a small team this will be a hands on and business facing role and the scope will include:

• Drafting and negotiating a range of B2B commercial contracts including distribution agreements, logistic agreements and CAPEX agreements
• Negotiating and drafting a range of procurement contracts
• Advising the business on marketing and promotions matters
• Overseeing any litigation

The ideal candidate will likely have c. 8+ years' PQE as a Commercial Lawyer with some procurement experience who has trained at a well regarded City or Regional law firm, and already be working for another leading in-house legal team.
