An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented commercial lawyer to join a well-know organisation and supervise a small team and operational projects. You’ll support a team of lawyers and paralegals delivering a wide range of high-quality commercial legal services under a unique client-embedded model.


This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience—particularly in media, technology, or outsourcing—to combine high-quality work with leadership, innovation, and work within an in-house environment.


Role

  • Act as the primary legal contact
  • Supervise a small team of lawyers and paralegals across a broad commercial contract portfolio
  • Manage team capacity, workflows, quality and client stakeholder communication
  • Support the negotiation and delivery of a wide range of commercial, media and tech contracts
  • Help shape and refine a progressive legal service delivery model
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of legal, operational and tech processes
  • Collaborate closely with client-side legal teams and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee reporting, client meetings, training, onboarding, and development initiatives


Candidate Requirements

  • UK-qualified solicitor 5+ PQE ideally
  • Proven experience in general commercial contracts, ideally including media and tech agreements
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach
  • Technologically literate, with an interest in legal innovation and process improvement
  • Confident in stakeholder engagement, with strong commercial acumen
  • Passion for building lasting client relationships in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Fully Remote home based role with salary up to £85,000 plus benefits and bonus
