Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial/Tech


Our client is a global technology solutions business who are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its award-winning legal team in London.


Reporting to the Head of Legal, the role will support global operations and advise on a broad range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on negotiating complex B2B contracts with customers and suppliers.


You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business and gain exposure to areas such as data protection, intellectual property, and corporate law.


The ideal candidate will have the following background and profile:

  • Private practice trained at a top tier law firm - UK qualified (or equivalent)
  • Substantial experience in commercial/tech (ideally qualified into a Commercial/TMT team)
  • Have 5+ years’ PQE minimum and experience of drafting contracts within the technology or software sector, or in IP/data licensing.
