About the job Senior Legal Project Manager Senior Legal Project Manager £ Excellent Salary + Benefits - London James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an experienced LPM to provide matter specific guidance and LPM technology / knowledge management tools to deliver a streamlined service to stakeholders. Responsibilities

Provide LPM guidance on best practices, tools, techniques, roles and responsibilities Work with lawyers to draft and submit budget proposals and staffing plans Identify issues as they arise, options for resolution and course correction for matters that are beginning to diverge from work plans and/or budget Track and analyse costs against budget Manage matter expectations with team members and client Develop matter work plans; plan and track matter timelines & milestones Build relationships and foster a collaborative approach to working with clients across departments Continuous improvement to the LPM processes and support the change management of implementing these LPM processes

Experience Educated to degree level (preferably in Law) with at least 5 years progressive experience in Legal Project Management as well as;

Experience in dealing with and building key relationships with senior business stakeholders Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple priorities cross-functionally to challenging deadlines Knowledge of extranets, online data rooms, collaboration tools and SharePoint sites Strong communication skills, able to interact at all levels key negotiation and influencing Financial reports analysis, providing financial analysis and insight of varying levels of complexity
