Manage and grow your own desk within the legal market Build long-term relationships with top-tier law firms and high-calibre candidates Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions Play a key role in the continued growth of the business

About You
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or experience in a Sales environment (legal experience preferred, but not essential for the right person) A strong billing track record Commercial, driven, and relationship-focused Looking for a role where your success directly impacts your earnings and progression
