Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting appraisals of properties for rental purposes and providing accurate valuations.
  • Handling negotiations between landlords and tenants to secure successful rental agreements.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, porters, and other local stakeholders.
  • Staying informed about the NW London rental market, including pricing trends and demand shifts.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.

What You’ll Receive

Requirements
