We have been instructed by this innovative financial services firm in London on a role for a senior leveraged finance lawyer, to join on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Candidates should have the following profile:

• At least 7-8 years of PQE in the London market, ideally with training and post-qualified experience from a leading international law firm (Magic Circle / US, etc.).
• A strong track record of advising on leveraged finance and large-cap loans, from either the borrower or lender side.

There is an attractive financial package on offer, in addition to a 'normal' work/life balance which will be far more manageable and predictable than a law firm environment. Remote and flexible working is available.
