Do you have strong experience handling complex Liability claims (EL/PL/Product)?


Are you comfortable managing your own caseload and dealing with clients directly?


We are currently working with a client who is looking to appoint a Senior Liability Adjuster to cover their London/South East locations, as part of the companies continued growth.


The Role:


This is a key position within the business, offering the opportunity to handle a varied and complex caseload across Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, Product Liability, and CAR claims.


You will:


  • Manage claims from investigation through to conclusion
  • Conduct site visits, interviews, and detailed investigations
  • Assess liability, causation, quantum, and policy coverage
  • Produce high-quality technical reports
  • Manage your own caseload while ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, attending meetings and providing technical insight


Additional Responsibilities


  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Contribute to technical development and best practice sharing
  • Assist with audit and quality assurance processes
  • Play a role in developing and maintaining client relationships


What We’re Looking For


  • Proven experience as a Senior / Liability Adjuster
  • Strong technical knowledge across EL, PL, and Product Liability
  • Experience handling complex claims independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills
  • Ability to build and manage client relationships
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Qualifications such as CII or CILA are desirable, but not essential.
