I’m working with a multi office growing and highly regarded law firm looking to hire a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE) in London or Kent.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to lead complex disputes, advise high-value clients, and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative team.


The role will involve:

• Managing complex commercial litigation matters

• Advising on breach of contract, shareholder disputes and professional negligence

• Leading mediations, arbitrations and court proceedings

• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and legal documents

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

• Contributing to client development and firm growth
