Its Joint Legal Services team, shared with Staffordshire Police, is growing, and it needs a Senior Lawyer to lead its civil litigation function.The roleThis is a split between management and casework. You'll manage a team of three lawyers and one paralegal while carrying your own caseload of public liability claims: unlawful arrest, false imprisonment, misfeasance, malicious prosecution, Human Rights Act claims and data protection matters.The work is complex, fast-moving and rarely straightforward.
