Senior ML Engineer – National Security & Advanced AI Location : London | Hybrid | Full-time Salary : £55,000 - £65,000

What you’ll do: Design, develop, and deploy ML and LLM models, from experimentation to production Lead experiments, evaluate results, and iterate rapidly Build scalable ML pipelines and integrate generative AI solutions Apply responsible AI practices, ensuring fairness, explainability, and robustness Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and stakeholders across the full project lifecycle Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge across the team
What we’re looking for: Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) Hands-on experience with cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Lambda, S3) Experience deploying ML/LLM models into production with MLOps best practices Strong experiment design, statistical evaluation, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, able to convey complex concepts to tec...
