We're working with a well-established FMCG manufacturer looking to recruit an Engineering Reliability Team Leader to join their site in Park Royal.
This is a key role within the engineering team, focused on improving reliability, reducing downtime and leading a small team of engineers.

The Role

Leading reliability and maintenance across site
Driving planned preventative maintenance and improvements
Reducing breakdowns and improving equipment performance
Managing and supporting a team of 4 engineers
Working closely with production to keep the site running

What We're Looking For

Electrically biased, multi-skilled engineer
Experience in FMCG or fast-paced manufacturing
Strong fault finding and problem-solving ability
Experience improving reliability and plant performance
Previous leadership or supervisory experience

£55,000 salary
4 on 4 off days (7am - 7pm)
