Salary: £17.00 per hour (rising to £21.85 per hour after successful completion of probation)

Working Hours: 5 days out of 7 (Monday to Sunday) | 12-hour shifts: 06:00am - 18:00pm

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of production lines through both planned and reactive maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Maintenance Engineer

* Work closely with production shift supervisors and managers to identify and resolve potential issues, minimising downtime

* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant productivity

* Ensure adequate stock levels of spare parts in collaboration with the engineering administration team

* Adhere to preventative maintenance and lubrication schedules

* Coordinate and schedule maintenance work, ensuring all permits are in place prior to starting
