The company are expanding and doing really well, they are now looking for a senior maintenance engineer/maintenance lead that will be responsible for supporting engineering excellence, focusing on OEE, reliability, scheduling, continuousimprovement, day to day meetings, dealing with contractors and more. This is mainly desk based - they are looking for a reap peoples person that is organised and can demonstrate they have experience on the above. The senior maintenance engineer will benefit from days only hours, book 4 days off and get 12 days off work. be able to drive excellence within the maintenance team and feel more than just a number in a big company.
