Role Purpose / Overview Take lead responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and compliance of all building systems and services across a large residential development. Ensure all facilities and mechanical systems are fully operational, compliant with health and safety standards, and support the core functionality of the site. Support the delivery of a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working and living environment for residents and staff. Carry out both proactive and reactive maintenance to ensure minimal disruption to residents and core operations. Supervise maintenance-related contractors and projects, ensuring high-quality, timely completion of works in accordance with budget and compliance requirements. Provide technical support and advice to site teams and management, contributing to the continuous improvement of building services and infrastructure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records, compliance documentation, and maintenance logs in line with legal and operational requirements.
