Senior Management Accountant | Manchester Area | Hybrid 3W/2H | £55,000

With a strong focus on operational excellence, financial control, and continuous improvement, the organisation supports multiple business units across the UK and internationally.

The finance function plays a key role in driving performance, supporting senior stakeholders, and delivering strategic growth initiatives.

The Role Produce monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Post key journals and complete balance sheet reconciliations Support financial close activities and day-to-day accounting operations Partner with senior stakeholders across departments, attending meetings and presenting financial insights Lead or support finance projects focused on process improvement and efficiency Assist with year-end statutory accounts and internal/external audit requirements About You Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience High attention to detail with excellent analytical and technical skills Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing changing priorities Experienced with accounting systems and financial reporting tools What's on Offer Salary between £55,000
