A growing, forward-thinking business is looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious, progressive, and keen to make an impact within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and continuous process improvement. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be encouraged to challenge, improve, and add real value across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Provide meaningful financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the finance function
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business

What We’re Looking For

• Fully qualified CIMA
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred)
• Solid background in financial reporting and management accounting
• A proactive, driven individual who is keen to develop and progress
• Strong attention to detail with a commercial and analytical mindset
