Axon Moore are working with an exciting business based in Salford to appoint a Senior Management Accountant. The company have gone from strength to strength, with revenue figures growing impressively year on year and more growth projected over the coming years.

You will report into the Finance Manager, supporting with the preparation of the month end management accounts pack, statutory accounts and KPI reporting. The role will oversee the work of the Assistant Management Accountant, providing coaching and training where necessary.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary £50,000 -£55,000 DOE, flexible working hours, 25 days holiday plus banks, on-site parking, pension, staff discounts, enhanced Maternity/Paternity package and other benefits are available.

Your Role:

Take the lead on the production of the monthly management accounts, including P&L, cash flow and balance sheet, with variance analysis and commentaries. Assist with the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasts. Weekly P&L and cash flow forecasts. Complete quarterly VAT and overseas tax returns. Work with the Finance Manager on the year-end statutory accounts, audit requirements, and tax queries. Analyse financial information to support business profitability, performance, and growth and assist the FM and FC on ad-hoc analysis for business cases for investment decisions.
