As we continue to grow, we are seeking a commercially minded Senior Management Accountant to join our finance team and support strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis and reporting. Job Purpose: To lead the management accounting function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role will be a key business partner to various departments, driving performance improvements and cost efficiencies across the business. Key Responsibilities: Management Reporting: Produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts with variance analysis.

Lead month-end close process, including accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.

Provide insightful commentary on financial performance to senior leadership.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.

Work closely with department heads to develop, review, and challenge budgets.
