This role requires a candidate who is well-versed in preparation of property accounts and able to manage multiple sites and deadlines in a group situation. The Person The applicant should ideally have: Solid experience within the property industry. Good Excel skills. Understanding of CIS and VAT in the residential sector. Be a team player with a collaborative, ‘can do’ attitude, willingness to adapt and desire to learn new tasks. Experience of working with junior team members and outsourced providers to achieve the teams goals.
