As Senior Management Accountant, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process while acting as a trusted partner to operational and senior leadership teams. You’ll have the autonomy to improve processes, influence decision‑making, and contribute to strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
Providing insightful analysis to drive performance and profitability
Business partnering with non‑finance stakeholders
Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting
Supporting year‑end and audit requirements
Mentoring junior finance team members

Skills & qualifications
Part or fully qualified status (ACCA/CIMA)
Strong management accounting experience
Excellent analytical and communication skills
