Your new company are a UK based food manufacturer operating across UK and Ireland. It forms part of a larger European based parent group and runs numerous modern facilities that support nationwide processing, distribution, and supply chain reliability
Your new role
In your new involves developing a deep understanding of business operations, centralising suitable finance tasks, and creating clear reporting for leadership teams. It includes analysing packaging spend, monthly milk consumption, waste, and yields, as well as supporting customer profitability reviews. The position works closely with Group functions, site finance partners, commercial teams, and data teams to ensure accurate costings, address SAP costing issues, and maintain adherence to standard costing methodology. Responsibilities also include managing manufacturing cost trackers, supporting budgeting and forecasting, implementing board reporting, sharing knowledge across the team, and challenging site results to ensure high quality financial information.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with proven experience in FMCG. You will be able to operate effectively at all levels and demonstrates excellent communication skills. They have the ability to manage and influence others, supported by strong SAP experience. As a self starter, they are capable of driving improvements while being a collaborative team player who can also work on their own initiative and develop skills in new areas.
