Your Role As a cornerstone of our EMEA growth engine, you will architect and scale a world‑class outbound function, lead a high‑impact team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and drive continuous improvements across the function. Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, recruit, and develop a team of BDRs. Conduct live call coaching, sharpen email copy, and master the hook. Outbound Strategy: Design and execute multi‑channel outbound plays across EMEA, identifying high‑value segments and ensuring our messaging cuts through the noise. Pipeline Governance: Own the numbers and monitor the health of the lead‑to‑opportunity funnel to balance volume and quality. The "Feedback Loop": Act as the strategic bridge between Marketing and Sales, providing real‑time market feedback on messaging effectiveness. Operational Excellence: Build and refine the "BDR Playbook," optimizing tech stack, compensation structures, and efficiency on a weekly basis. Performance Accountability: Set a high bar, manage quotas, track KPIs, and hold the team to Vertice‑level standards of excellence.
Requirements
Proven track record in a high‑growth SaaS sales leadership role with a history of exceeding aggressive targets. Strategic & analytical mindset: analyze open rates, meeting quality and conversion cohorts to guide team priorities. High emotional intelligence to motivate the team through outbound sales highs and lows. Exceptional communication: craft concise cold emails that drive responses and coach others. Resilience & character: founder‑mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, pace‑agile, and challenge‑the‑status‑quo attitude. Detail‑oriented: ensure CRM hygiene and refine sequences to double effectiveness.
