Their Outsourcing & Tax teams are expanding due to the rollout of Making Tax Digital for Income Tax (MTD IT), and they re now creating a brand new leadership role to build and scale a centralised service line.This is a practice that invests heavily in its people, embraces digital tools, and genuinely supports progression. You ll be part of a collaborative, high performing environment with plenty of visibility across the firm. Your new role As Outsourcing Senior Manager (MTD for Income Tax), you ll spearhead the design and delivery of a new service model covering quarterly reporting, digital recordkeeping and final declarations under MTD IT.Key areas include: Designing and implementing a scalable, centralised outsourcing service for MTD IT Building workflows, pricing models, team structures and digital processes Leading client communication, onboarding and digital transformation (Xero & Landmark) Migrating clients away from manual systems to compliant digital solutions Recruiting and managing a delivery team as the service grows Working closely with the Tax team to align quarterly data with year end tax positions Important: This is not an IT/technology role. IT here refers solely to Income Tax this is a qualified accountancy/tax outsourcing role, not a systems or infrastructure post.
