As Senior Manager – Direct Taxes , you'll be at the forefront of navigating UK and international tax complexities, ensuring compliance, driving process improvements, and shaping strategic tax initiatives. This pivotal role reports directly to our Director of Group Tax & Advisory and will see you managing a talented team of three direct tax specialists. What You'll Do Lead compliance for all statutory tax returns and filings, including Corporate Tax, WHT returns, Transfer Pricing documentation, CbC reporting and Pillar 2.

Oversee tax accounting , ensuring accurate provisions and disclosures in line with accounting standards.

Strengthen our tax framework , implementing robust internal controls and driving process improvements.
