Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

Cost business partnering for the Workflows business within D&A on all relevant financial matters! Drives the Performance and critical metrics, actuals, budget and forecasts, providing insight and analysis to drive decision making Ensures validation and quality control processes are observed for financial reporting, for the Workflows business Collaborates with Finance teams in order to deliver quality management information and provides finance support for key projects Supports the business in their development of budgets and forecasts, maintaining detailed knowledge and understanding of any business priorities. Provides insight into product profitability and helps drive improved operating leverage within the Workflows business

Qualifications & Experience

Experienced Finance leader with experience in FP&A with 10+ years of relevant experience. Significant experience in financial analysis & reporting Proficient in collaborating and delivering results in a fast-paced, complex global business environment. Strong commercial approach and good communication / story telling skills and analytical approach. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resource Exposure to financial transformation is an added advantage but not mandatory. Able to build strong, robust stakeholders based in UK/US Inquisitive mindset to solve problem and tell the story behind the numbers Professional Finance Qualification - e.g. MBA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent, would be key
