This is a hybrid role, with three days in the office and two days working remotely each week.**As a Senior Manager in Structured Finance, you will support the origination, structuring and execution of complex structured finance transactions, with a particular focus on receivables financing and securitisation. You will work closely with deal team members to execute and manage transactions, while also contributing to broader team initiatives.The role offers exposure to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including clients, legal advisers, treasury teams, investors and other third parties. This is a hands-on opportunity for a professional with a minimum of three years’ experience in structured finance, capital markets or corporate finance who is keen to play an active role in a dynamic and growing business.
