Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and Enablement – DCE Marketing and Orchestration team. This dynamic role connects data to our marketing strategy, investments and impact. The successful candidate will support end‑to‑end marketing planning, improve commercial outcomes, and collaborate with multiple teams to use data, insights and technology to drive practical spend, funnel and KPI recommendations across LEGO’s owned and earned channels. The role maintains a clear line of sight across our audiences and channels, integrating campaign, acquisition and user journey learnings into a holistic view. A systems‑thinking approach is required to recommend new measurement and Martech capabilities and enhance marketing effectiveness. Responsibilities
Lead annual KPI setting for the marketing team and prioritise marketing operating metrics. Translate company performance measures, insights and analytics into marketing recommendations, action plans and workstreams that align with business and DCE objectives. Partner with the data and analytics team to analyse key campaigns, user journeys and acquisition/paid media efforts to pinpoint major opportunities and guide progress. Support marketing budget decision making, ensuring effective spend tracking with ROI measures and efficient management in collaboration with finance and DCE teams. Assist annual marketing planning with global marketing and market development teams, supporting local BU recommendations with clear commercial storylines and leading business cases for new initiatives. Recommend and oversee targeted research and testing programs to improve ROI and accelerate learning. Support the marketing technology stack for acquisition, identify data/tracking requirements and lead priority projects with product and other functions to improve tools and workflow, and work with external providers to enhance service levels. Define benchmarks for new strategic marketing initiatives. Own operational connections with expanding channels and new initiatives to maximise marketing opportunity from launch. Introduce a performance focus to the marketing planning process and streamline reporting and ways of working. Be a key contributing member of the Marketing Leadership team, shaping culture and decision making.
Key Skills & Experience
Prior experience in marketing roles with audience segmentation, funnel and user journey expertise. Strong understanding of marketing processes, channels and platforms. Proven ability to define and lead marketing KPIs and performance frameworks aligned with business objectives. Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data, insights and analytics into actionable marketing plans. Comfortable with Martech stacks, including new tool integration, tracking and vendor relationship management. Track record of streamlining marketing operations, simplifying workflows and improving team efficiencies. Experience leading test‑and‑learn programs to drive performance and unlock growth. Skilled at transforming complex data and insights into compelling storylines that drive desired outcomes. Effective leadership at a matrixed organization, influencing decision‑making across stakeholders. Organised, efficient and process‑driven, comfortable with driving change. Previous experience in data analytics and performance marketing is a bonus.
