Responsible for managing the rebadge program ensuring smooth transition and effective stakeholder communication
Job Description
Manage and oversee the rebadge program to ensure timely and successful execution. Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to facilitate seamless rebadging processes. Monitor program progress and address any issues or risks proactively. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and client requirements. Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the rebadge program. Act as the primary point of contact for all rebadgerelated activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan organize and lead the rebadge program from initiation to closure
Collaborate with HR legal and client teams to manage contractual and operational aspects
Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocation
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Track key performance indicators and ensure program objectives are met
Facilitate training and onboarding sessions as required for rebadged employees
Ensure documentation and compliance standards are maintained throughout the program
