A forward-thinking organisation in the media and technology industry is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Workforce & Organisational Design to shape long-term workforce strategies and lead organisational design initiatives that drive transformation and growth. This is a high-impact role that blends data-driven insight, strategic planning, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of strategic workforce plans, aligning future skills and capabilities with business objectives. Drive organisational design and effectiveness programmes that support transformation and agility. Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to embed an integrated people strategy across business units. Translate workforce analytics and insights into actionable business recommendations that inform executive decision-making. Benchmark and integrate best practices in workforce planning and organisational design. Provide expert guidance on tools, methodologies, and workforce solutions. Mentor and develop a high-performing team while promoting cross-functional collaboration.
