This is a senior leadership role shaping operational performance, driving cost efficiency and modernising procurement across complex, mission-critical environments. As a Senior Manager you will: Lead the design and delivery of supply chain and procurement transformation initiatives across large-scale Defence programmes. Develop strategic procurement approaches, supplier value frameworks and commercial models that improve resilience and unlock cost savings. Shape operating models, processes and governance structures to strengthen supply chain performance and operational readiness. Mentor delivery teams, support client engagement at senior levels and ensure high-quality execution across multiple workstreams.
