You will be responsible for: Reviewing year-end accounts and returns, business and personalManaging team performance, quality and capacityOverseeing the onboarding of new clients by the team into the year-end functionEnsuring tasks are met to our internal deadlinesEnsuring monthly financial targets are metMaintaining technical standards across the teamEnsuring the team meet their training requirementsImproving systems and workflow optimisationActing as escalation point for complex technical and client mattersBeing a role model for the junior members of the teamReporting to the board each month This is a leadership role with accountability — not just technical sign-off.
