Our client, a newly created MBB-backed and led consulting firm, are looking for a Senior Manager, and Consultants to join them to deliver their strong pipeline of government-focused project work.

You will have spent time in a top-tier consulting firm and had exposure to strategy and transformation projects within the government prior.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy development, program planning and design across complex defence initiatives
• Coordinate workstreams, ensuring alignment, progress monitoring and effective communication
• Depending on level, lead work packages, manage junior team members or oversee multiple workstreams

Requirements

• MBB background / top-tier Strategy House
• Strong experience in strategy, program design, transformation or program coordination
• Ability to work credibly with executive‑level stakeholders in fast‑paced environments
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
• Active SC Clearance is desireable
