We are partnering with a global advisory firm in London that supports leading Private Equity funds, investment firms, and multinational corporates on transaction advisory and post-acquisition value creation.
As part of its continued UK and European growth, the firm is expanding its specialist Commercial Excellence practice, hiring senior leaders with deep expertise in:
- Pricing Strategy
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Revenue Growth & Margin Optimisation
- Value Creation

This is a high-impact opportunity to join a rapidly scaling Commercial Excellence team within a leading London-based advisory platform.
The Opportunity
Hiring at: Senior Manager (7–10 years) & Director (10–15 years)
Location: London, UK
You will lead high-profile Commercial Excellence and Value Creation projects for Private Equity and corporate clients across the investment lifecycle.
This role combines:
- Strategic advisory
- Revenue and pricing transformation
- Client leadership
- Business development
- Team building
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Commercial Excellence engagements end-to-end (scoping through delivery)
- Drive Pricing Strategy and/or Go-to-Market transformation projects
- Act as a trusted advisor to Private Equity investors and portfolio company executives
- Present directly to PE deal teams and C-suite stakeholders
- Support post-deal value creation initiatives
- Lead and develop junior team members
- Drive business development, including pitching and winning new mandates
- Contribute to the growth and strategy of the Commercial Excellence practice in London
Candidate Profile
We are seeking individuals currently based in London (or open to relocating to the UK) with experience in:
- Strategy Consulting (MBB, Tier 2, or specialist Commercial Excellence consultancies)
- Pricing Strategy & Revenue Growth projects
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Sales Effectiveness
- Private Equity Value Creation
- In-house Commercial Excellence, Pricing or GTM leadership roles
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability
- Experience leading teams and managing complex client engagements
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, PE-backed environments
- Intellectual curiosity across multiple sectors
- Prior Commercial Excellence experience is essential
