As part of its continued UK and European growth, the firm is expanding its specialist Commercial Excellence practice, hiring senior leaders with deep expertise in:

This is a high‑impact opportunity to join a rapidly scaling Commercial Excellence team within a leading London‑based advisory platform.
The Opportunity
Hiring at: Senior Manager (7–10 years) & Director (10–15 years)
Location: London, UK
You will lead high‑profile Commercial Excellence and Value Creation projects for Private Equity and corporate clients across the investment lifecycle.
This role combines:
Strategic advisory
Revenue and pricing transformation
Team building
Key Responsibilities
Lead Commercial Excellence engagements end-to-end (scoping through delivery)
Drive Pricing Strategy and/or Go‑to‑Market transformation projects
Act as a trusted advisor to Private Equity investors and portfolio company executives
Present directly to PE deal teams and C‑suite stakeholders
Support post‑deal value creation initiatives
Lead and develop junior team members
Drive business development, including pitching and winning new mandates
Contribute to the growth and strategy of the Commercial Excellence practice in London
Candidate Profile
We are seeking individuals currently based in London (or open to relocating to the UK) with experience in:
Strategy Consulting (MBB, Tier 2, or specialist Commercial Excellence consultancies)
Go‑to‑Market Strategy & Sales Effectiveness
Private Equity Value Creation
In‑house Commercial Excellence, Pricing or GTM leadership roles
Required Skills & Experience
Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving capability
Experience leading teams and managing complex client engagements
Executive‑level communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to operate in fast‑paced, PE‑backed environments
Intellectual curiosity across multiple sectors
Prior Commercial Excellence experience is essential
