You will play a central role in managing a live, revenue-critical website while also supporting high-impact marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads across multiple business sectors.This is a hands-on, career-building role for a marketing professional who enjoys seeing their work translated into real commercial outcomes and who wants to deepen their expertise across website management, SEO, creative production, and campaign execution.The role is broadly split as follows:Approximately 50% website ownership and optimisationApproximately 50% campaign and creative execution supportWhy This Role Is DifferentYou will own and develop a commercial website, not simply upload contentYou will support live B2B marketing campaigns that are directly linked to sales performanceYou will work across multiple channels, including digital, email, social, direct mail, and partner marketingYou will gain exposure to campaign planning, execution, and performance measurementYou will work closely with experienced senior marketers who actively develop and mentor their teamThis role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term marketing career in a business where marketing is visible, valued, and results-driven.Key ResponsibilitiesTake day-to-day ownership of the company website, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging, and conversion-focusedWork within a CMS environment (WordPress highly desirable) to manage content, landing pages, and updatesApply content and technical SEO best practice, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and page structureUse basic UX and web-design principles to improve usability and lead conversionWork closely with internal stakeholders to ensure website content supports sales and lead-generation objectivesSupport delivery of B2B marketing campaigns across websites, introducer marketing, and sector-focused activityProduce creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite, including social posts, email headers, banners, and simple printSupport email, social, digital, and direct-mail campaign executionProvide creative and production support on wider campaigns as required, with increasing ownership over timeCandidate ProfileEducationMinimum 2:1 degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or a related subjectExperience & ExposureDemonstrable hands-on experience supporting or managing a commercial websiteExposure to B2B marketing environments is preferred, particularly where activity is focused on lead generation and sales supportRelevant B2C marketing experience will also be considered where it demonstrates transferable skillsExperience supporting marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, or partner channelsTechnical & Creative SkillsWorking knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)Practical understanding of SEO, including content and technical fundamentalsCompetent user of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Strong written English with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and engaging copyPersonal AttributesCommercially aware and motivated by measurable resultsCurious, proactive, and keen to develop marketing expertiseHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environmentCollaborative, reliable, and eager to learnThis role is designed to grow with the individual.As capability and confidence develop, there will be opportunities to:Take increased ownership of campaign deliveryProgress into senior campaign, digital, or marketing management rolesThe business actively supports internal development and rewards initiative, accountability, and commercial thinking.The OfferFull-time, office-based role in NorthamptonA varied, visible role with real responsibility and impactClear development pathway within a growing marketing function
