In this role, you will gain exposure in delivering the marketing communications and materials for some of Cancer Research UK’s high-profile fundraising campaigns, such as: Stand Up To Cancer, Walk All Over Cancer, and our portfolio of Facebook Challenges.Further to this, you’ll play an invaluable role in CRUK’s engagement strategy by supporting the Product Marketing Manager to deliver the marketing plan and key KPIs within time and budget.What I will be doing?Make an impact every day by…Undertaking internal and external landscape analysis to define and develop the audiences and product offerings that need activatingTranslating the product marketing plan into cross-channel integrated briefs that meet the needs of Cancer Research UK audiencesTranslating cross-channel integrated briefs into production specific briefs, leading on the delivery of data and digital campaign set-up requirementsTaking responsibility for the content and creative production process, working with agencies, freelancers and in-house Creative Team to develop compelling creative across a range of channelsWorking with UX experts to devise pre-launch test and learn initiatives, using results to recommend areas for optimisationOverseeing the campaign set-up and management process across all channelsWorking with Marketing Executive support, leading on all aspects of campaign delivery including direct mail production and paid digital campaign deliveryLeading on in-campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, sharing recommendations for optimisationWorking collaboratively with teams across Fundraising & Marketing to share learnings and best practice.What skills are you looking for?You’ll be able to bring to the role…Relevant experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns, from planning through to execution and analysisGood understanding of end-to-end supporter journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaignsExperience of managing and motivating agencies to drive maximum value from relationshipsCommercially aware with experience of budget managementData-driven with a good understanding of UX principlesExperience of developing highly effective campaign assets for use across channelsExperience of building positive working relationships and working effectively as part of a teamExperience of managing own workload, meeting deadlines and effectively handling changing priorities.Please see the following link for a full candidate pack: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/track?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:b7986a8c-7170-3de9-a903-95a1fc1527acWhat will I gain?Without you we wouldn’t be able to achieve our aim of seeing 3 in 4 people survive cancer by 2034.
