This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, combines strategic brand thinking with strong execution, and is equally comfortable shaping positioning as they are running campaigns and analysing results.The successful candidate will take full ownership ofbrand, messaging, demand generation, and go-to-market execution, acting as the internal marketing “owner” and a close partner to the CEO, product, and commercial teams.The Role – Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute PANTA’s end-to-end marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, and go-to-marketDevelop and refine PANTA’s brand positioning, narrative, and messaging across all channelsTranslate product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for institutional and enterprise audiencesDesign and run lead generation programmes across digital channels (content, paid, events, partnerships)Own website, marketing materials, sales collateral, presentations, and thought-leadership contentBuild and manage content strategy including articles, whitepapers, case studies, and announcementsWork closely with product and sales to support pipeline development and commercial tractionSet up and track marketing KPIs, funnels, and attribution across channelsManage external agencies, designers, PR, and freelancers where requiredSupport strategic initiatives such as fundraising, partnerships, and major product launchesContinuously test, iterate, and improve marketing effectiveness with a data-driven mindsetRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in marketing roles within technology, fintech, financial data, or B2B SaaSProven track record in both brand building and lead generationStrong ability to create clear messaging for complex, technical, or data-driven productsHands-on experience running campaigns end-to-end (not just managing agencies)Excellent written communication skills, with experience producing high-quality contentStrong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance measurementAbility to operate independently, prioritise effectively, and execute with limited resourcesComfortable working in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience marketing to institutional investors, asset managers, or enterprise financial clientsBackground in index infrastructure, market data, analytics or fintech platformsExperience supporting go-to-market for early-stage or growth-stage productsFamiliarity with CRM and marketing automation toolsExperience supporting fundraising or investor communications from a marketing perspectiveWhat We OfferA central, highly visible role shaping the external perception and growth of a category-defining fintechDirect impact on commercial traction, brand credibility, and company growthCompetitive compensation with meaningful equity participationClose collaboration with founders, product leaders, and investorsHigh autonomy and ownership in a fast-moving, ambitious environmentOpportunity to build and scale the marketing function from first principles #J-18808-Ljbffr
