About the Role A growing premium restaurant group is seeking a commercially driven, highly creative Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy across their expanding portfolio of chef-led restaurants. This role sits at the intersection of brand, creativity, and business performance—ensuring brilliant ideas translate into measurable growth. The role will initially focus on two standout London Bridge premium restaurants with scope to grow as the portfolio expands. Reporting to the Director of Brand + Marketing, you’ll partner closely with chefs, venue teams, and external agencies, maintaining a strong connection to trading performance and operational realities. What You'll Do
Develop and lead annual brand and marketing roadmaps aligned to growth ambitions Drive integrated brand and marketing activity across immediate trading priorities and long-term strategic goals Manage PR agency relationships, ensuring clear objectives and measurable commercial impact Identify and deliver meaningful brand partnerships with culturally relevant, values‑aligned partners Own marketing and PR budgets with clear accountability for ROI Track performance through robust reporting and analysis, turning data into actionable recommendations Oversee the full marketing ecosystem: brand, content, social, community, and events
Experience & Skills
5+ years of marketing experience in London's premium restaurant sector Broad knowledge across multi‑platforms: print, digital, video, social media, and press Excellent copywriting skills with a flair for sharp, evocative language Confident working with agencies, designers, and creative partners Data‑driven with a track record of measuring and optimising performance Sensitive understanding of food culture and heritage, with the ability to communicate it authentically Growth mindset with proven track record of rapid experimentation and continuous learning
