Build the engine that proves marketing drives growth. We're looking for a commercially sharp, technically strong marketing analytics leader to build and own our end-to-end marketing measurement capability. This is not just a reporting role. This is a strategic role, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, responsible for designing the frameworks, models, and data foundations that show, with clarity and credibility, how marketing drives incremental commercial performance. You will partner closely with Marketing, Data, Finance, and Commercial teams to create a single, trusted view of performance across brand, content, performance marketing, web and CRO, and CRM. If you're excited by building measurement infrastructure from scratch, influencing budget allocation decisions, and moving a business from channel metrics to true incrementality, this role is for you.
