Senior Mechanical Construction Manager – Central London - Tier 1 M&E Contractor\n\nWe are working with a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor with a strong reputation across the UK is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Construction Manager to join their delivery team on a flagship commercial development in Central London.\n\nThis is an opportunity to join a business at the forefront of the industry, delivering complex, high-value projects (£20m–£30m+ MEP value) for some of the UK’s largest main contractors.\n\nThe Company:\n\nOur client is a market-leading M&E contractor with a significant presence across:\n\n * Commercial\n\n * Residential\n\n * Data Centres\n\n * Healthcare\n\nWith sustained growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they continue to expand their leadership teams on major projects across London and the South East. They are widely recognised for delivering high-quality, technically complex schemes and investing heavily in their people.\n\nThe Role:\n\nAs Senior Mechanical Construction Manager, you will take a key leadership role in the delivery of mechanical packages on a major commercial scheme.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Oversee the mechanical installation from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover\n\n * Manage site teams including supervisors, subcontractors, and specialist packages\n\n * Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards\n\n * Coordinate closely with project managers, planners, and other disciplines (electrical & public health)\n\n * Drive programme, manage risk, and resolve on-site technical challenges\n\n * Lead progress meetings and report into senior project leadership\n\n * Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and company procedures\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager or Senior Mechanical Manager within a Tier 1 or leading M&E contractor\n\n * Strong track record delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects\n\n * Experience managing mechanical packages valued £10m+ (ideally £20m–£30m+)\n\n * Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and installation processes\n\n * Strong leadership and communication skills\n\n * Ability to drive programme and manage multiple stakeholders\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * Market-leading salary and package (among the best in the industry)\n\n * Opportunity to work on landmark, high-profile London projects\n\n * Clear and structured career progression into Project Director / Senior Leadership roles\n\n * Long-term pipeline of secured work across multiple sectors\n\n * A company culture that genuinely invests in employee development\n\nPlease apply if you would like to find out more
