Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager Office Based - Essex £80,000-£95,000 + Travel + Bonus An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a well-established and growing M&E contractor. This is an office-based role in Essex, supporting the delivery of complex mechanical building services projects across London and the South East, with a clear progression route towards a Director-level position. The Role This is a senior, pivotal position requiring strong technical mechanical knowledge , commercial awareness , and the ability to contribute to and manage mechanical design . You will take ownership of multiple projects from pre-construction through delivery and handover, working closely with senior leadership to ensure both technical excellence and commercial performance. You will play a key role in shaping project strategy, supporting business growth, and mentoring project teams, while positioning yourself for future advancement into a director role.
