Mechanical Design Engineer - London based - Hybrid

My client within Building Services are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to work on a Hybrid basis on their large scale residential development.

About the Role:

Position: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Contract Length: 12 months

Start Date: 2 weeks

Project: Large Scale Residential Development

Outside IR35

What we are looking for:

• Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, with a proven track record working within Building Services.
• Produce calculations, schematics and technical drawings using software's (e.g. Revit, AutoCAD, IES/Hevacomp)
• Produce detailed mechanical designs and coordination drawings.
• Work closely with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to resolve buildability and technical issues.
