You will lead the MHE maintenance team within a Warehouse / Distribution environment, responsible for maintaining over 300 pieces of material handling equipment through a combination of in-house engineers and external contractors.

You will manage rotas, compliance, contractor performance and development of your team, playing a vital role in supporting a fast-paced logistics operation.

DUTIES
* Lead the MHE maintenance function across a large distribution centre
* Manage engineers, deputies, apprentices and training staff
* Oversee contractor performance and statutory compliance
* Ensure availability and reliability of over 300 pieces of MHE
* 45 Hours per week PERSON
