The Senior Design Engineer will be an essential part of a highly skilled team responsible for designing and constructing a variety of projects. You will lead a team of design engineers and provide support to Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. Your leadership and guidance will be essential to the success of the team. Essential Requirements Mechanical engineering qualification Proven track record of design delivery Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose problems and identify and recommend solutions. Excellent communication skills Attention to detail. Ability to work on initiative, as part of a team and independently. Ability to lead and motivate. Ability to travel, plan, manage and prioritise own workload. Desirable Requirements Previous experience working in the water industry.
