What You Will Do:

- Apply mechanical engineering principles to design and develop products, components, and systems that involve movement, such as vehicles, engines, and energy conversion systems.

- Support and participate in the design, testing, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype mechanical products and assemblies.

- Collaborate with marketing and industrial design teams to ensure products meet technical specifications, functional requirements, and manufacturing efficiency.

- Contribute to the development of product-specific manufacturing processes and equipment.

- Manage large-scale projects or processes with minimal oversight, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

- Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members, delegating tasks effectively and fostering professional growth.

What You Will Bring:
